Android Email Support for BlueMail Mobile App​

Step One: Download the BlueMail App onto Your Mobile Device
If you already have the BlueMail App, skip this step. Before beginning the steps below, replace “JohnDoe@AAAAA.com” with your email address.

Step Two: Open the BlueMail App on Your Mobile Device and Choose the Option “Add Other Account”
Before opening your BlueMail App, ensure you have your email username, password, and website domain ready.

Step Three: Choose the Option That States “Other Email”
– Uncheck the “Automatic” checkbox.
– Enter your full “Email Address” and “Password.”
– Click “Next.”

Step Four: Choose the Option That States “IMAP.”

Step Five: Fill in the Incoming Server Settings
– Type in your username (i.e., YourEmail@AAAAA.com).
– Type in your password (i.e., ********).
– Type in your IMAP Server: mail.spectrumcpanel.com.
– Choose “SSL/TLS” from the Security Dropdown Section.
– Choose “CRAM_MD5” from the Authentication Dropdown.
– Type in “993” in the “Port” field.
– Click “Next.”

Step Six: Fill in the Outgoing Server Settings
– Type in SMTP Server: mail.spectrumcpanel.com.
– Select “SSL/TLS” from the Security Dropdown.
– Type in “465” in the Port field.
– Check the “Require Sign-in” box.
– Select “Automatic” from the Authentication Dropdown.
– Type in your username (i.e., YourEmail@AAAAA.com).
– Type in your password (i.e., ********), ensuring it is the same as your incoming email password.
– Click “Next.”

Step Seven: Fill in the Remaining Information
– Enter your full name.
– Enter a description for the account (i.e., work, school, personal).
– Click “Done.”

Step Eight: Choose Notification Settings
– Under “Instant Push Notifications,” choose “Push.”
– Under “Notifications Mode,” choose “All.”
– Click “Done.”
