Spectrum Net Designs understands that our clients are very busy, and creating and maintaining their website and marketing materials is probably the last thing on their mind.
Furthermore, we realize the seasonal nature of our clients' businesses, especially the landscaping, and home building industry.
To that end, we've developed a process to service our clients efficiently - without sacrificing quality or service. How?
Industry Knowledge: We have in-depth knowledge and 46 years of combined experience in our clients' fields. We have created websites and marketing pieces for literally dozens and dozens of nurseries, landscapers, auctioneers and builders from across the country.
Innovative Design: Have you ever noticed that many websites representing a specific field, such as dentistry, all look the same? That won't happen when you work with us. Your site and materials will reflect your business - and yours alone.
Clear Communication: Before we begin your project, we make sure we understand what you want your materials to accomplish. Then, we keep you apprised of our progress, every step of the way, from concept to completion, utilizing our on-line client portal and conference call capabilities.
Pricing: We have a "no hidden extras" policy, and we always work on an agreed-upon fixed price.
Our Process for Website Design
We strive to have a simple, easy to follow, quick process for you to follow to get your new or updated website up on the world wide internet. Once this process is complete, we guarantee that you will be pleased with the end result and proud to have a website you can call your own.
- Website Planning - we will work with you to determine what your goals and purposes are for your website. To help us with this, we have come up with a short questionnaire that we ask you, the client, to fill out. This will help us determine the size of the website along with the general look and feel of the website for your company.
- Design / Development - Once we have all the information we need from you on the structure of the website, we will begin designing and developing your website. We will create a design unique for your own company. At this stage communication is crucial. We will be working closely together until we arrive at the final design of your website. While the website is being designed, you will have access to a back-end link, where you can view the progress we are making throughout the whole design process.
- Information Gathering - While we are working on the design and development of your website, we ask that you gather information for use on the website. This information includes, text, pictures, videos, etc...anything that can be used to better help your customer understand your company.
- Delivery - Once we have finished what we have agreed upon and the website has met your expectations, we will publish the website to the internet, making it live for your customers to view
- Website Maintenance - Now that the website is complete, it is important that your keep your website up to date with the text and pictures. We will be happy to make these updates for you as you send them to us, or we do have a Content Manager System (CMS) where you can update the website yourself.
